I'm sure you guys already know about the band, but.. man.. really good stuff.
It's a bummer how they were so short lived, in that they only put out two records and a single and then dissolved. Everyone talks about Spiderland being their best, and, don't get me wrong, it's a good album.. but I've been really into Tweez - their first album. They have the best guitar tone on there - this thick chorusy distortion, and the drum sound is REALLY raw and good. Plus, it has so much variety when you compare it to Spiderland - lots of strange, cool, mathy stuff.
What do you guys think? It kind of brushes in on that "hipster faggotry" realm, I know..
